I use Squidoo to promote my various blogs and it also brings me in a small amount of cash each month - about $25 to $40.

Squidoo gives you free web pages, which they call lenses. You can use these to write on most subjects, though there are the obvious rules against spam, adult stuff and so on.

If your lens does well within their ratings they will pay you money each month, direct to your PayPal account. Now I'm not going to say it's easy to make money, because it isn't, but if I can make a smallish amount then so can anyone else.

It's worth a go as it costs nothing to try - they also have a forum which can also help with getting a few referrals if you put your blog URL within the signature.

To sum up: Squidoo can be a useful tool for getting referrals to your blog or website plus it's possible to make a bit of cash each month as well.
